As you will be aware St Augustine of Canterbury and Our Lady’s High schools will become one new Roman Catholic school in September 2012 on the site of the former Lower Radclyffe School on Broadway, Chadderton. Following an intensive competition between two construction companies, we are planning to announce the successful company that will build the new school  in mid June 2010.    On 21st and 22nd June  there will be a number of drop-in events for parents, carers and governors to view the successful company’s proposed design for the school buildings and external sports facilities, ask questions about the design and make comments. We are aware that your child may be a future student at the new school and would therefore very much welcome you to attend.   Details of these events are:

Monday 21st June 2010 Our Lady’s RC High School 4.30 – 5.30pm

Tuesday 22nd June 2010 St Augustine of Canterbury School 4.30 – 5.30pm

Wednesday 23rd June 2010 Kingfisher School, Foxdenton Lane, Chadderton 6.00 – 8.00pm this meeting is being advertised in the local press and is for all local residents.
